We've had our oven since last spring and use it several times a month. Our friends tell us they prefer our thin crust pizzas to some pretty nice restaurant ones. You can cook a pizza on the stones in less than a minute at the super-high temperatures. The oven is VERY heavy and well-insulated, so don't be afraid to get the temperature high.
The Oven arrived quickly and my wife and I assembled and cooked six pizzas on Sunday. What great fun and great pizzas. I am still experimenting with fire size and temperature to get even cooking of dough and toppings - I look forward to continued tasty experiments. You can certainly count me among the group of satisfied amateur pizza chefs - really glad I went with you- looks and works great.
